PROPERTY MODULE
The Property Module is typically used by Property Management Companies which may lease, sell or maintain several types of properties. The property may be leased with different terms, which may have to be monitored, ie lease with profit sharing, lease with option to purchase, lease with mortgage.
The maintenance which may or may not be subcontracted, needs to be monitored, facilities managed, administrative, insurance and permits renewed periodically.
In order to address such diverse tasks, the Property Module establishes a system to help automate and control most of these arduous tasks, without leaving out even the minor ones.
